Role Description:

Full-Time: Customer Relationship Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handling all enquiries and requests of customers by providing help and advice
• Communicating courteously with customers via phone, email, and internet, both written and in speech
• Investigating and resolving the problems in an efficient and professional manner
• Assessing the situation and determining an appropriate suitable course of action
• Handling stressful and difficult situations by providing resolution for the customer and the company
• Following all company protocols while dealing with customers
• Following up with complaints or enquiries of customers, issuing customer refunds or compensation, and forwarding customer concerns to upper level management when required

Requirements:

• Diploma in business administration, business management, or related specific field from an accredited institution
• Experience in Call Centre Customer Service activities
• Excellent customer-service orientation
• Having intimate knowledge of the customers’ needs
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
• Possess strong problem solving skills
• Highly self-impelled and directed, with sharp attention to detail

Assistant HR Manager (Junior Role)

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the HR Manager managing full spectrum of HR activities such as recruitment and selection, employment relations, payroll and performance management.
• Perform HR administrative functions related to employee welfare and benefits
• Organize and coordinate company events to facilitate smooth event execution
• Formulate and implement policies, procedures and programs

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience as HR Generalist with payroll experience
• Able to work in fast paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Knowledge in HRIS System(if you are using any specific system, do indicate the software)
• Meticulous and possess good analytical skills

Account Executive - Travel

Responsibilities:

• Leads mining, cold calling, setting up appointment, attending trade fairs and events.
• Presentation of Deal.com.sg to merchants and hotels.
• Build and establish strong relationship with the assigned merchant and account.
• Submitting of weekly sales reports and pipelines.
• Follow up with pending contracts, artwork and other paper work.
• Final check of content, artwork and promo details with merchant / hotels.
• Screens and checks documents and requirements provided by merchants.

Requirements:

• Well groomed Male or Female, 21 – 29 years old.
• A minimum of 1-2 years Sales Account Management experience, preferably experienced in Travel, Online Travel Agent, Travel Agent, Hotel Sales, Activities operator, E-commerce Digital Media will be highly considered.
• Proven self-starter, independent, highly motivated and with the natural ability to work with minimum guidance.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• A strong work ethic and desire to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
• Believes in providing great client service.
• Well versed in MS office and Powerpoint.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze current deals and offer suggestions to make them more attractive.
• Think of new and unique ideas for future deals.
• Closely work with colleagues from other departments to analyze buying patterns of previous deals.
• Keep abreast of new trends locally like New Restaurant Openings, New Hip and Happening Joints, New and Exciting Activities, Unique and Creative Products and New Beauty Salons, Spas and Wellness Treats.
• Weekly reporting of key developments.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience, Degree required.
• Experience in marketing as well as data driven tasks.
• Ideally experienced in quality assurance, fact checking and similar skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Creative problem solving skills and strategic perspective.
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Redemption Executive

Responsibilities:

• To provide redemption services for walk-in customers.
• Answer all incoming queries and complaints from walk-in customers.
• Able to do weekly stock-take.
• Collating orders from customers for product delivery.
• Coordinating product delivery with courier service.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
• Possess strong problem solving skills.
• Experience in stock inventory is a must.
• Possess good knowledge in MS office.
• Highly self-impelled and directed, with sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and accomplish tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Experienced in Customer Service industry.
• Able to start immediately.

Temp/Intern/ Full Time Junior Copywriter

Responsibilities:

• Write copy for newsletter and website.
• Establish strong relationships across departments and an understanding of client needs, the consumer experience, marketing strategy and operational capabilities.
• Study products or services to decide the main selling features.
• Plan and write headlines and text in such a way as to appeal to the people most likely to buy the product, and submit copy for approval.

Requirements:

• Polytechnic Diploma, preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience/ Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Chinese or Malay is a plus.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Mature, confident, pro-active, organized, meticulous and self-motivated.
• Excellent team player and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities:

• Be creative, with a good eye for a picture.
• Have excellent technical and photographic skills.
• Possess good communication and people skills to discuss with merchant about what they need to provide a good quality end product.
• Have good IT skills, especially with computer programs such as Photoshop.
• Be commercially aware and possess a good marketing quality.
• Able to visualize on which banner will look good on our site.
• Independent and willing to travel to merchant's place independently.

Requirements:

• Skills required in Photoshop, Freehand, DSLR, Micro shots, and the ability to list creatively.
• Must possess camera and equipment to shoot small objects.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
