Pole dance (Female only)

A combination of dancing and gymnastics, pole dance introduces students to a variety of movements that can be performed on the pole. They will also be trained in building upper body strength and flexibility, which will contribute to gaining pole skills.

Lap Dance (Female only)

This course covers the basics of Lap Dancing and Striptease. Students will learn several floor movements, body waves and seductive dance movements along with the art of Striptease and Chair work techniques. You will also be able to learn a complete Striptease/Lap Dancing choreography by the end of your course.

Belly Dance (Female only)

The exotic and sensual undulations of this Middle Eastern dance, coupled with the dazzling costumes makes Belly dance an exciting class to join.  Shake and shimmy with class and style, while toning your abs, butt and hips! Learn the sultry and sexy body movements that can help to shape your figure, and at the same time give you great moves to wow your friends or loved ones on the dance floor!

Zouk (Male/Female)

Is a style of rhythmic music originating from the French islands of Guadeloupe and Martinique? It has its roots in compass music from Haiti. Zouk means "party" or "festival" in the local Creole of French with English and African influences, all three of which contribute the sound.

Stiletto Fun (Female only)

This course works on the body movements like body waves, hip circles, hip shimmies.  Good for those who feel awkward and unsteady when moving their bodies, this class allows you to get comfortable with moving your body without the distraction of the pole or chair.  It covers floor work, walks/struts, head tosses and hand movements and is a simply a good, sexy routine to learn!

Bachata (Male/Female)

It’s a slow, sexy dance. Bachata is popular among Salsa dancers due to the similarity in moves, but danced to a slower yet more expressive and romantic tune.

Exotic dance (Female only)

Similar to Sensual Dance, Exotic Dance teaches a range to sexy and exotic body movements to bring out the sexy women in you.  Exotic classes are generally less dance-y and more sex-y; less flirty and more teasing...  Our range of exotic classes features lap dance, striptease and other dances with props that make your dancing fun, teasing and exciting.
