• Strictly no cancellation / amendment is allowed upon confirmation of bookings
• Any additional charges have to be paid at Euro Asia sales office within a given deadline as advised by staff upon confirmation.  In the scenario that none of the above listed dates are available as advised by staff after registration, customers may choose to top up the difference for an alternative date as advised
