- Surcharge of $200 applies on eve of PH & PH (payable to merchant)

Valid for charters on one of the following timings:
- 8am to 12pm
- 1pm to 5pm
- 6pm to 10pm (additional $100 applicable for evening charter and payable to merchant)
- Voucher validity period can be extended to 31st December 2012 with an additional $50 (payable to the merchant)
- 1 voucher valid for 10 pax
- Only 1 DEAL voucher may be used per charter
- There will be NO refund upon cancellation
- Upgrade to 18 pax with a top-up of $100 per pax (subject to availibility; payable to merchant)

- White Sails has the discretion to upgrade customers to another cruise – "White Sail" – should "Star Gazer" be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances
