• Black-out period : 1, 7, 14, 21, 22, 23, 24, 28 Jan 2012
• Voucher is valid for Sunday to Friday stay only
• Voucher is not valid for Saturday, eve of PH and PH
• 1 voucher is valid for 1 pax
• Minimum 2 vouchers are required to make a reservation
• A minimum of 2 vouchers must be utilized in order to book a standard room (vouchers must be utilized in multiples of 2)
• Rooms are based on twin sharing only (2 twin beds configuration) 
• Customer with only one voucher will not be allowed to book a room unless payment for the rack rate difference for the day is made; advance payment is via credit card
• Minimum 5 Vouchers is required to book a family duplex
• Guests with 4 vouchers and wish to reserve a Duplex must top up the rack rate difference for that day
• A mattress can be added for each room and is chargeable at $30 per night (fee is inclusive of breakfast)
• Room allocation is in a first-come, first-served basis
• Reservation must be made 1 week in advance prior to preferred stay date
• Celestial Resort is almost fully booked on Sat & Sun, thus please carry out your booking earlier instead of attempting to make last minute bookings
• To make a reservation, please email to jandeal@celestialresort.com together with the booking form which will be emailed to you together with e-Voucher
• Once a date has been selected, no change is allowed
• An administrative fee of $10 will be imposed for each change; payment via credit card; upon each change, Celestial Resort will send you a confirmation letter as acknowledgement indicating your newly requested date and room type
• Check-in Time is at 2pm & Check-out Time is at 11am
• Any request for early check-in or late check-out is subject to room’s availability
• A no-show will be imposed for each guest who did not turn up on the agreed date; the vouchers will be considered used and rendered void
• Child, aged 4 years and above required to purchase one voucher
• Child, below 3 years of age who is sharing room/bed with parent does not need a voucher
• Multiple purchases are allowed
• All modes of transportation are NOT inclusive in this deal; customers must pay the fare directly to the operators
• Celestial Resort reserves the right to cancel the reservation as they deem fit and release the room for non-guaranteed reservations
• Printed DEAL e-Voucher must be presented upon redemption
• Celestial Resort will not be responsible for any error in printing or failure to print
• Purchased e-Vouchers are sent via email and can be conveniently downloaded as PDF after you have logged into your account
