Established since 1985, relish the best in Halal Indonesian cuisine over a delectable buffet spread as well as a savoury a la carte menu at Kintamani Indonesian Restaurant.
The chefs turn up the heat and present diverse offerings with traditional Indonesian fare from Chef I Gusti Nyoman Kaler, as well as a modern update with fusion Indonesian cuisine from Chef Noldy Herling Bawiling.


Named after Bali’s famed mountain district, the cozy ambience, soothing gamelan music and personable service at Kintamani reflect the warmth and hospitality typical of Indonesians. Patrons like the laid-back resort-like vibe, with its earthy muted tones, textured walls and embellishments such as paintings and bamboo hats.


Balinese Chefs I Gusti Nyoman Kaler and Chef Noldy Herling Bawiling tempt diners with authentic Indonesian cuisine in the extensive buffet and a la carte spread, whilst amiable service staffs fuss over diners to ensure that guests truly feel at home.




In 1998, Kintamani was the first restaurant within a hotel in Singapore to be Halal certified. Since then, Kintamani has been the restaurant of choice amongst government officials, corporations as well as families who favour authentic Indonesian food.
