Positions Available:
Full-Time: Media Advertising Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Expand our merchant network and manage existing key accounts through interpersonal rapport, sales calls and other necessary means
- Generate revenue and achieve targeted KPIs through cold calling, referrals from existing customers
- To identify new and creative businesses & activities to be featured
- To assist the company to promote our e-commerce platform and products
- To provide business and marketing solutions and advice to clients
- To follow up with existing customers and sourcing for new potential prospects
- To accumulate new leads everyday
- To work on sales calls everyday
- Clients visitations are allowed upon approvals
- To meet weekly and monthly sales target
- To participate in weekly sales training
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field
- Conversant in English. Fluent in other languages is an advantage
- Experience in similar capacity & related sales industries is an advantage. Those without much experience, intensive training will be provided
- Have a dynamic personality to strive for self-fulfillment

- Dedicated and result-oriented with good time management skills

Full-Time: Customer Relationship Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handling all enquiries and requests of customers by providing help and advice.
- Communicating courteously with customers via phone, email, and internet, both written and in speech.
- Investigating and resolving the problems in an efficient and professional manner.
- Assessing the situation and determining an appropriate suitable course of action.
- Handling stressful and difficult situations by providing resolution for the customer and the company.
- Following all company protocols while dealing with customers.
- Following up with complaints or enquiries of customers, issuing customer refunds or compensation, and forwarding customer concerns to upper level management when required.
- Creating and maintaining up-to-date script, which the associates use while responding to customers’ enquiries.
- Ensuring that all client information is precise and supervising the processing of payment.
Requirements:
- Diploma in business administration, business management, or related specific field from an accredited institution.
- Experience in Call Centre Customer Service activities.
- Excellent customer-service orientation.
- Having intimate knowledge of the customers’ needs. Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Possess strong problem solving skills.
- Highly self-impelled and directed, with sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and accomplish tasks in a hard-hitting environment.
- Preferably former air-stewardess

Responsibilities:
- To generate sales report.
- Prepare and verify daily reports.
- Prepare daily income/sales and prepare daily journal entry.
- Prepare authorized refund vouchers.
- Compile monthly reports.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules.
- Ad-hoc tasks that are assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Polytechnic Diploma, preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Mature, confident, pro-active, organized, meticulous and self-motivated.
- Excellent team player and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent inter-personal communication skills.
