Return Policy

In order to provide you with the best shopping experience, we provide a 100% Warranty on all our products. For any reason if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for an exchange.

  1. In order to organize an exchange, the customer must notify our staff within 14 days of redeeming the products and request an exchange under these terms and conditions.
  2. Products being returned must be in original condition, with all tags attached, original undamaged box and/or packaging.
  3. Please note that the following products are excluded from our returns policy due to hygiene reasons:
    1. Toiletries
    2. All earrings
    3. Lingerie
    4. Swimwear
    5. Bedding (Bedsheets, pillow, bolster, quilt, comforter)
    6. Linen (Pillowcases, bolster cases)
    7. Towels (face, hand, bath)
    8. Opened Mattresses
    9. All socks, handkerchiefs and hosiery

The 100% Warranty applies to products purchased and redeemed via the DEAL redemption centre; we may not be held liable for products purchased / shipped directly by the merchant (such products have their own set of warranty / refund policies mentioned with the respective deals TnC’s).

 

How to arrange an exchange?

  1. Contact our Customer Service at +65 6299 3011 (Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm) or crm@deal.com.sg within 14 days of redeeming the product/service and provide the following information:
    1. Name
    2. Contact Number
    3. Voucher Number
    4. Date of Redemption
  2. The product must be exchanged or returned within 7 days of requesting a refund.
  3. Customers must return the products at their own cost to our redemption centre at :

     

    1 North Bridge Road, #01-18 & 22, High Street Centre, Singapore 179094

    Operating hours: 11am to 8pm (Mon – Sun, including PH)

     

  4. In cases where the customer is unable to personally return the product(s), he/she can send a representative with the details mentioned above.
  5. If the product is out of stock, DEAL may at its own discretion issue a refund within 7-10 working days and the customer will be provided with an e-mail acknowledgement. DEAL accepts no responsibility for any delays that may occur in receiving the refund as a result of any third-party payment gateway / banking delays.
  6. DEAL reserves the right to make change to this policy without notice.
