(The following T&C apply for ALL deals unless otherwise stated)

• Non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• No replacement/extension of expired vouchers.
• Reservation/redemption/enquiries must be made with the respective merchant via walk-in/email/telephone with the following details provided: your name, contact number & attach your PDF DEAL voucher (for emails)
• Mobile vouchers are valid unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• For all F&B deals, prior reservation is required. All DEAL.com.sg customers are required to contact the respective F&B outlet directly to make a reservation.
• For travel deals, please ensure that passport has a validity of at least 6 months during your travel period.
• All bookings/reservations are subject to availability and confirmation; on a first come first served basis.
• Strictly no cancellation/amendment is allowed upon confirmation of booking.
• Purchased e-Vouchers are sent via email and can be conveniently downloaded as PDF after you have logged into your account.
• To download vouchers, please log in to your account at www.DEAL.com.sg and click on Purchase History in My Account.
